BMR is what your body burns if you literally laid in bed all day and never moved. That should be your base for eating. Also, you should be eating clean, ie: non processed foods. Go to the doctor, I found out my thryoid was causing so many issues and one is my hair falling out

I would do 30DS first and than RI30, I did 30DS 10days each level without a days rest and lost about 15 inches. Than I did ripped in 30. Her Banish Fat Boost Met. and No more trouble zones are good as well

I'll be completing it on Jan 19th, and I LOVE it. I did JM 30DS and RI30 prior. The first week my calves HURT and than it got easier. Month two is a killer, but stick with it. Did a doctor tell you to take Vitamin D? If not I would suggest having blood tests done before taking it. You can over dose on vitamin D and it will cause heart palps etc. I would suggest you take fish oil if you don't eat a lot of fish in your diet

I would suggest doing something else first. I started insanity on Nov 19th, and it's VERY intense. I did JM 30ds, ripped in 30, killer buns and thights, BFBM, NMTZ, ran a 5k and Supreme 90 all before doing insanity and I'm still not in perfect shape for it.
