2012 Starting Weight: 210 Today's Starting Weight: 149 Goal Weight: 135 Lost 61 pounds 5 years' ago. I have kept it off. This for some reason seems like more of a challenge. Low carb, High Protein, 1,200 calories. This week's goal is to drink more water!

RE: Questions: It took about a year. I watched my calories and worked out approximately 4x per week (mostly ZUMBA) My biggest note to you would be: find an exercise you love, it will be what keeps you from failing. For me it was dance. I love it so much it was never a chore to work out. I weight myself every day to keep on…

I think you hit the nail on the head, I am freaking scared to death of failing and then gaining the weight back. Some parts of me wants to say at least if I make the CHOICE to fail then I control it...as off as that sounds.
