I have been off track since I changed my work schdule to 4 10 hour days in early June. If I take a break from my plan.. even if it's a short vacation..it takes me a lot longer to get back to it. But that's just me. I try not to make excuses like ,,,,I will get started again tomorrow...but it is hard for me to get back on track once i have strayed...

Here's a thought that helped me...when ordering at a restarurant..every thing on the menu is good otherwise it wouldn;t be there ,,,try and pick the lowest calorie items...you may be trying something new..that you may end up really liking. This is a great site ...I found it about 3 months ago..It has really helped me, I have started to tell family and friends about it too. I like how you can choose to track not just calories but calicium, cholestrol, iron, fat...it is very helpful to know where you need to increase or cut back. I can't say enough good things…
