I forgot to update over the last two weeks. I think I came up short. + 3 mile 2 weeks back + 13 miles (half marathon!) this last week.

Weird. I don't think I've ever heard of full fat coke. I prefer the taste of coke zero. Diet coke tastes like the syrup ran out at a fast food joint.

Stretch and workout more. You'll still feel sore, but you'll feel much better. Soreness goes away faster.

Don't worry about your pace. Continue doing what you're doing, and your pace will gradually increase. Your main focus right now should just be to run the full distance. The more you run, the faster pace you'll get.

More often that not, I can run fast and longer on the ground than I can on the treadmill. The treadmill is far too boring.

Yus! I love me some nuts every afternoon. Fills me up for the rest of the day. Currently on Archer Farms Monster mix. I think I need a Halloween mixed tape to go with it.
