I bring breakfast, snacks and lunch to work with me. Breakfast is usually one of the following: cream of wheat an english muffin with 1 tablespoon of almond butter OR a bagel thin with sugar free jelly and of course coffee with a flavored fat free creamer!

A friend gave me this crock pot chicken recipe: 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts 1 pkg taco seasoning 1 jar salsa cook on low in the crock pot 6-8 hours and then shred the chicken. We use it in tacos or I just put it on top of a huge salad. My friend uses hers in chicken enchiladas. It freezes really well and thaws…
