  • Ive just started. Im 59 and have lost 6 lbs, have 50 to go! I really need motivation. I am at the I'm so hungry for a cheeseburger stage. I am staying true to my fitness plan, but it is not a habit yet.
  • Hi, I too am just starting out and want to be really serious this time. I am exercising and changing the way I think about food. But it is really hard. I am hungry ... I am used to stopping at drive thrus and I havent gone through one in a whole week. I wish you the best of luck and am here to support you.
  • I just started a new regime this week and so want to keep going this time. I need support. I am 59 and really out of shape. I have walked 1 mile every night this week. I am actually proud of myself!
