  • I'm so glad to hear I'm not the only one who pees when doing jumping jacks!! I thought there was something wrong with me... I started wearing pads when doing 30 Day Shred so I wouldn't have to do laundry so often. Glad to hear there aren't as many in level 2. Thanks for sharing honestly about this...I was too embarrased :)
  • I started it yesterday...and I can feel it in my arms and shoulders...definitely need to work on my upper body strength. I do not like doing pushups AT ALL and those 30 seconds feel like 30 minutes!! But I've read such amazing stories on MFP and hope to see even a fraction of the results others have. Would love to stay…
  • Just did day 2! Sore in my shoulders and arms so I definitely need to build up my upper body strength. Glad to be doing it though and keeping my eye on the prize - my purple dress that I haven't been able to fit into for awhile!
  • I just started today too! Not looking forward to the pain everyone is saying they felt after the day 1 workout but definitely looking forward to losing some inches! I would like to stay accountable with a group of people also doing it...I'm new to MFP...how do I do that?
  • Good post...I'm thinking of starting a Jillian DVD...haven't done one before but loved her on BL. Is 30 Day Shred the best one to start with? How long are the workouts and how hard are they?
