I think there is actually an online calculator for Insanity calories burned. That will give you an estimate of what you have burned. I suggest eventually getting a HRM to get a better idea of the amount of calories burned per session. Good luck to you!

I think to each their own. If you've never had short hair, I'd suggest not cutting super drastic to a pixie, but maybe do a shoulder length cut first. I've had long and short hair. My favorite toppings are pepperoni, black olive and pineapple. The crust choices depend on where I get my pizza. Also, this is one of my favorite running t-shirts.
