I'm 5'4 and I started MFP at 200 lbs and my goal is 160 lbs. I'm at 174 lbs now and thinking about changing my goal to 145 lbs.

I try to stay under 40 g a day (closer to 30 g on a good day). I use it as a challenge plus I've heard you can reduce your midsection by reducing sugar.

Turbo Fire is awesome but you need 60 minutes. I just tried a 20 minute version of Insanity which was challenging but soooo good.

I just tried a 20 minute cardio trial of Insanity and it kicked my bottom. I couldn't do all the moves but I kept moving. That's my motto just keep moving!
