Thankyou for the information, I have had a couple of these in the past but going back about 5 years. I'm hoping the model has changed as I had problems with both of them and ended up taking them both back to get refunds and vowed I would never buy another. I've always been told you burn far more fat exercising in the morning before eating breakfast, however I tend to exercise better later on in the day. Personal prefrance really but if you want to avoid stitch avoid doing it before eating. A banana or energy drink should do the job.
