This is my last week of month 1. Get to recover next week! Yeah!! I'm also nervous and excited about month 2. I haven't seen any weight loss but can notice my tone and some inches gone. I'm hoping I will see more of this along with some weight loss with month 2 exercises.

I started Insanity April 15. I can definitely tell that i'm getting in better shape and can actually make it through the workouts. I'm totallly exhausted when I'm done. I've been watching my calorie intake and have only lost 4lbs since I started. I try and eat a high protein diet. I can also tell that I've lost some inches…
