For 1 cup oats I use 1cup water 3cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk 2T brown sugar cook for 20 minutes then add 1 banana sliced cook another 10 minutes divide into 4 portions refrigerate and add fresh berries to each portion after I reheat. Favorite breakfast!

I tried HCG back in Jan and lost 18lbs in 30 days, then did the no sugar low carb maintnance phase for 28 days during which I was absolutely neurotically diligent and gained 6lbs back. At this point I am back to my starting weight and have decided to just count calories and exercise and try to embrace a new way of life…
