I'm 20 weeks and have gained 15 lbs and the dr. said i can gain NO MORE! I need all the support I can get. I really haven't splurged and feel like I have eaten no different than when I was not pregnant.

You know what...before joining this site I was never small in my life either. But as I've lost, I found a small person inside. People tell me all the time how small and petite I am and I just smile inside because those are not words I associate with my self :) Feel free to add me :)

I think it depends on your body. When I did the Couch to 5k I had water on the longer runs because I felt that my body needed it. Now that I'm more conditioned I don't need water for a 5k run. I needed the water to help me cool down...but again that was just me. If you feel that you need it, take some...it's up to you.

You have to be a crazy in order to do a 1/2 half marathon :) or else you wouldn't do it :) I just completed my first half marathon in early February...and I've signed up for my next one in early May. I will friend you...we can support eachother!!

For me it was fruit! I replaced a lot of my day snacks with fruit and that got the scale moving down :) At least fruit worked in my case :)

I just bought the Mio Motiva Petite Pink and so far I love it! It works best if you test your HR throughout your workout to get a more accurate count of calorie burn. I mostly got it because it's small and petite, and you can set the exercise intervals which will help me get to my running goals. So far so good!

Thank you all for the tips...I will take your advice and eat more calories. In response to the inches...I'm not seeing much difference there either. I think I am drinking enough water at least 64 oz. But I will try the eating more and see what happens!

I just bought it today and it should be coming in just a couple of days! I kept reading how great the video is on other posts so I thought I would give it a try. I will let you know as soon as I start...I definitely need the accountability and motivation from others. Lets do this!!
