If I have to go to Chili's I get either a salad, minus the cheese, croutons, etc with a low fat dressing on the side or the Cedar Plank Tilapia with veggies. It doesn't have too many calories.

I thought it was water weight at first but it doesn't change when I eat or drink so maybe not. And I eat around 1,200 calories with no exercise. I was eating really badly before though like 3,000+ each day.

Its good to know a I'm not the only one sleeping weird and a relief that its not going to effect my weight loss. :) thanks everyone. :)
