Does anyone know how many calories it burns in a 10-20 minute workout?
I weigh everyday, and everyday I've lost exactly 3lbs. What's going on? Isn't this kind of weight loss unheard of? If I keep going at this rate then I'll have lost 84lbs by the end of next month which I'm sure wouldn't be healthy. Is anyone else losing this fast? I'm not even exercising!!!
My husband works night shift and I have a hard time sleeping when he isn't home so I end up sleeping from 6A.M to around 11A.M-12P.M. Will this effect my weightloss? :/
