Does anyone know how many calories it burns in a 10-20 minute workout?

That would be really, really hard to say. It all depends on so many factors - your weight, height, age, the effort you put into it, your rest time, etc etc. Best thing(sorry to sound like a broken record) is investing in a good ol' Heart Rate Monitor. For the record, I recommend Polar FT4, it's a nicely priced piece of hardware with the important functionality of taking into account those I stated above and giving you an accurate depiction of calories burned, be it for a Bowflex workout or cardio.
BUT, if you want an estimate try entering into the cardio section of MFP: "Resistance Bands" as the act is similar, and varies some from free weights.
