I am a diet gingerale junkie! I need to drink more water but I don't think a few cups of diet soda a day will hurt!

i never really eat breakfast either for the fact that i am not hungry until, like u said, around 11 a.m. i drink about 5 cups of coffee each morning though with sugar free creamer.

i would go with the bigger number because then no matter what u wont go over ur limit!
