Take a day when your body tells you too. I did and lost two pounds. plus if you really been diligent on your diet , you cant pig out as bad as you think. my cheat day was still under 1700 calories. and that included wine and awendys cheesburger (which wasnt half as good as I imagined- yuck threw half of it away) Good luck

Exactly, I have been a size 12 from 170-212 lbs but I have more muscle under the fat . the deisgner also is a factor. go by the inches or take pics. Either way you will know when you reached your goal. GOOD LUCK AND DONT GIVE UP!!!:happy:

I do love my figure, just want it all smaller 43-38-48 solid 212 lbs. I seem to have gained weight without inches . its frustruating right now cause i would like to be under 200lbs. Just did a topic about that too, trying to get some help with that.
