Try Hatha yoga! It is like a massage from the inside out...while getting in a nice stretch and slight calorie burn. It is gentle and detoxes your organs and gets all that 'chi' flowing through your body, mind, and spirit. Canyou tell I'm addicted, lol :) enjoy!!

I got it for Chrfistmas and did it that night. I chose the 20min workout and it was pretty tough, which I liked. I wish the characters were more like real people than graphics, though. I'll post again once I've done it more. Good luck :) Hope you feel better soon!

This sounds like a great challenge! I am in now that I am not as sick. Just the cough that seems to linger with this cold that has been passed around! I gotta get a plan together! will count exercise since I do not have a HRM to measure the rest.
