okay S2S buddies! We are doing this!! Down only another .5 lb but at least I broke the plataeu. Eating more and exercising a bit less got me over the hump. Now I'm kicking the exercise back into gear and keeping the calories higher. Thanks to all of you for your advice and support!! Seeing you succeed really motivates me!…

great losses everyone! i'm still at my plateau but hoping that less activity this week and watching my sodium will show a change on Monday when I weigh in. Hang in there if you gained/didn't lose. I agree with the egg white omlette and the sweet herbal tea. i use berry zinger tea which has no caffeine and is so sweet i kept checking to make sure it doens't have sugar, lol. also, try putting Splenda on things to help crave your sweet tooth. tip that has helped me: (not for night time) try the Chobani or Fage greek…

I didn't invest in the wii fit or active, but do love the Zumba fitness for the wii. It's just a regular game-no extras to buy :). Also, try Craigslist in your area if you are looking to but used.
