Monday: 60 min bike ride and walk dog ==581 burned....2419 left
Tuesday: Zumba, bike everywhere, and used Rototiller====1478 burned.....941 left
Wed: Zumba and a long slow walk with the dog======900 burned......41 LEFT!!!
Thur: Walked dog, mowed lawn and gardened=====774......+733 extra WHOO HOOO
Friday: REST day, I only biked to and from work.
Saterday: walked dog and random hills on the treadmill=====270.....+10030 -

My goal for the week was to burn 4000 calories. I met that goal and exceeded it. I was planning on two rest days but had a chance to get in 20 min Friday so I took the opportunity.
I am just hoping the scale is nice to me in the morning. I am retaining water and TOM is coming.0 -

I was shooting for 5000 calories burned, but instead changed my goal to 4500. I was too tired to do anymore. But still, I think the goal of this challenge this week was to move more. I'm glad I moved this week, and we all burned lots of calories.0 -

Hello Summer Sweeties to Fall Knockouts i hope you all had a great week i miss read the posting and i didn't reliaze i had to post my work out every day but here is a summary for the week challenge of Burn Baby Burn my Goal was 4000 callories.
Mon: Burn 551 ( doing 40 min of 4.5 walk/ jogging with cross trainer 10 min stretch)
Tue: Burn 421 (doing 50 min walk/ jogging 20 min yoga)
Wed: Burn 810 ( doing 60 min walk / jogging/ with cross trainer. abs . 10 min stretch)
Thurs: Burn 1800 (did J P Morgan Corporate Challenge 5k after race walk 5 blocks to car) Calories could be more but couldn't ck for acurracey.
Fri: Burn 72 (doing 20 min yoga stretch) Sat: Burn 725 (doing 60 min. walk off the pound DVD, walk / jogging treadmill with cross trainer)
Sun: Burn 325 (30 min stairs , Jumping Jacks , Abs and 10min stretch
Total for Burn Bady Burn challenge========4704 yea0 -

I didn't realize that 2000 calories was going to be too much for me as I am starting out and I like to start slow to make it a habit for me. I only did 933 total calories. I felt like I was doing better this week too,0

Not even close to reaching my goal of 2000 calories burned. But I am definitely more mindful of letting myself get the better of me and talking myself into skipping a workout. I will try to be better this week even though this mini challenge is over and make sure to schedule time for my workouts everyday. :blushing:0

Total for the week was 2671. I am going to up my goal for myself to 3000 next week because I got this one on 5 days a week and my real goal is 60

my challenege was 2500 and I did 2679, I know I would of done more but you know things happen as long as you know why it didnt happen and know what you have to do to make sure it dont happen again within reason that all that matters.

My goal was 1200 calories. I made it to 924 with a really good workout today. Makes me realize what I am capable of. I also want to thank you for this challenge, because, if it wasn't for all of you checking in with such great burns, whether you reached your target or not, I wouln't have gone today.0

Ok the challenge didnt go to well this week I burned only 481 calories out of the 2,000 planned and that was from Zumba on Saturday.
Anyway this week will be better, snce work wont be as crazy.

Sorry for not being around much but I had a crazy week... One of my old ''volunteering friend'' past away last week... She was such a great lady... One of my best friend's dad past away also...:sad: I always called him DAD since I was a kid... because my dad past away when I was young... He also was one of my volunteering buddy...
Been busy volunteering all week... We had a big fishing derby this weekend... two days on my feet running around....I'm also on the church committee for funeral so I was really busy and still am...
I know I did burn the 3500 calorie but I wasn't good with the way I was eating ... I needed comfort food....
It's ''Dad''s funeral this morning... I'm not looking forward to this... I have to stay strong for my friend...:sad: It's like going back in time... Will be back late tonight or in the morning...

I am up .6 this morning. I have a feeling I am not getting enough calories. I am going to cut back on some of the workouts and keep my calories where they are and see if that helps. TOM is on it's way too, that maybe most of it. I just know I was down and then went right back up.
Feeling a little frustrated with it all, but I am going to keep trying. I have managed to loose 30 lbs this last year. I just can't seem to get out of the 150's and stay out..0 -

My "Burn Baby Burn" challenge was set to 2,000 calories but I only did 1,219 calories. I found out that I need to go back to the "30 day shred" and maybe even a little more dancing on the Wii.

My goal was 2000 and I did 2291!!!!!!! WOOHOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! So proud!!! This was a huge step for me, every other week I think the highest was around 1500 so YEAH! This challenge is totally what I needed!!!0

My goal was 2000 cals... I slacked off big time during the week. If it hadn't been for that huge house cleaning effort I did this weekend with moving furniture, cleaning closets, dusting, etc. I wouldn't have made it... but I did!
Definitely made me more aware of how much I am cheating myself and missing opportunities to burn. I'm going to shoot higher this week. Thanks for the challenge!0
