I really would like to do the mini burn challenge for 2500, but unfortunately I'm on a beach vaca. and can't really Calculate, but I'm sure I'll be burning calories from digging holes with the kids and swimming.0

My calorie burn, this week, is 3300 calories... That's a huge step for me because I haven't really exercised in a while, however I gonna challenge myself

I'm going to set my burn challenge for 1750. I haven't exercised consistently in awhile so starting kind of low. Thanks again to the two awesome ladies putting this together and keeping organized. I love organization!0

I need to taper this week for my tri on Saturday so I'll commit to 4,000 for the Burn Baby Burn Challenge.0

I am going to shoot for 1,000-1,500 since I will be on a girls vacation starting on wednesday till Sunday night. Im try to restrict my calories during the week since my burn is low and have 2 great /long workouts today and tomorrow.

Since this is the first time in weeks that I'll exercise, I'm setting the goal low for this week. Hopefully I can and will meet it.

I'm new at this. Haven't worked out in ages but I guess I will take everyone else's lead and say that I will do at least 2,000 calories this week.0

It looks like on average I'm burning about 1200 a week, so I'm going to go out on a limb and say I'm going to push for 2000 calories burned this week..... EEk!!! So excited! WE CAN DO THIS!!! I will post my measurements and weight when I get home tonight from work!0
