yes, actually a ton of water.. coffee, green tea, diet coke, no cal things, or less than 30-40 calories consumed.. i usually always have creamer in my coffee tho :glasses: cuz i rebel like that...

please look into intermittent fasting (either google or there's an IF group on MFP) like my faves are EatStopEat and Leangains for accurate data. i exercise on 24s and have a TON of energy.. i usually do dinner to dinner, and the 'point' of ESE is to do 1-2 24's a week to have the calorie deficit instead of breaking it…

i agree with all the above.. i have to constantly remind myself on the proper way for ME to breathe: right, left, INHALE. right, left, EXHALE. so in, in. out, out- that works for me

YES it does! eliminating my cravings for not so good foods and refocusing my diet is one of the MAIN reasons i IF ala ESE (24h fast, dinner-dinner).. i do a 24 1 or 2x a week.. the other days i do LG style, 16/8.. i like the 8 hour window, once it's up, i'm done.

at the Y. me and my girlfriend. it was summer break so they had a large group of kids there swimming. we walked thru, in our swimsuits towards the pool, and this little girl said,"make room for the fatties!" lol, it was hilarious then, eye opening, but hilarious.

i like the measuring tape idea and an elaborate feather and the dandelion with seeds flying off for the # of lb's lost and i really love the idea of a barbell!!
