This is the ingridients i would use Plain Fage None fat yogurt strawberries/frozen berries whey protein (optional) honey or natural peanut butter There is so many ingridients you can use!   • Not true, I know plenty of people who lost weight by just changing their eating habbits. Weight training is good but you need to take some weight off with cardio and jogging is a great start! Just keep pushing yourself! :flowerforyou:
  • I dont know how it is for everyone else but I always go up 1 or 2 pounds before I dramatically lose some. Like one time I was 155 i went up to 157 even thought I did everything right. But the next day i was at 153. weird but this happens to me all the time. Just make sure u keep a journal this might be a pattern for you.
  • I dont trust DD after watching how they were lying about the calorie amount in some of their foods. The turkey flat bread was like 450 instead of 300 or something like that. I saw this on the news like last week.

  • i love cereal too:) its kinda weird but this is what i do a layer of Fage 0% yogurt w/ truvia sweetner a layer of cheerios or any cereal a layer of fat free chocolate pudding and strawberries on top. YUM!!!!! about 200 cals (give or take)

  • well i ate the chocolate at 10 am plus breakfast was 300 now its 3 pm i'm not really hungry yet. I will have a 100 cal snack and dinner will consist of like 300 cals so i should be exactly at 1400 thats how much i'm suposed to be eating. You think i will still gain that half a pound?

  • I'm a Hairstylist. I dont ever have extra money to spend on tools. Try going to a proffesional beauty supply store like Sallys and see if they have any on sale. I would go for HotTools its actually my fav brand!
  • i mean i'm always under stress. lol but u know i think the problem is that my parents eat whatever they want and the loove candy and we have it all over the house so i'm always starring right at it. Its hard to explain to your family that you are trying to eat healthy especially if they are European! lol
