I would also say Subway...I always go for the Veggie sub..not too bad calorie wise... Anywhere else, I'd stick with a salad, or a grilled chicken sandwich.... Just pull up the restaurant first and check the calories BEFORE you get there...that way you already know what to get.

Since day 1 I have been set at 1200 calories, I exercise almost every day for at least 30 minutes ( usually on the elliptical - or outside walking/running). I eat back my exercise calories daily, and really haven't had a "cheat" day....I eat what I want, just in moderation so that it fits into my calories for that day... I…

Yes, that's the plan right now....still puts me in the "overweight" category on the BMI scale....but I'll see when I get there how it feels....

Check Target/Walmart right now, they had bags of 250 count of them for halloween - so they are likely on clearance now!!! :happy:

Have you tried the mini versions? Only 15 calories a piece!! :wink: Actually I just found some Philly Swirl popcicles that are only 14 calories a piece! They are standard "single popcicle" size, but have a fruity/creamy taste that is pretty good for only 14 calories! Don't even get me started on my Skinny Cow…

I love olive oil, but yes, it is high in calories...try getting a "Misto" you can pick one up at most housewares stores (Bed bath and Beyond) etc., it allows you to use your own olive oil, and mist it on rather than pour it out which can help you to use much less and still coat your pan/food. :smile:

I have thought about changing mine as well...but haven't yet....maybe when I'm at goal weight I will....I listed my starting weight when I started MFP, although I lost 12 pounds before that ...so I too "mentally" add that in when I think or tell people how much I have lost....I have my "since January" number and my "total"…
