I take mine off. If I'm doing weights, I find they press up against the rings and pinch my fingers. I'm afraid of damaging them, BUT my main thing is that if I sweat and keep my rings on I develop a rash. That said, there are lots of girls that leave theirs on.

My name is Jennie and as much as I really want to lose weight, I REALLY need health. I've been sick for the majority of the time from the beginning of September 2015 up to now until I get better again. Anyone can feel free to add me if they want. I'm not very inspirational unfortunatley though.

I'm not up for cooking so I tonight I am having a Goodness Me house salad and some roast chicken from there.

I can try my best. But I've been having trouble lately with exercise. When I do it I've been getting sick for a couple of weeks after.

I started at 138.7.

I gained a pound. I've been bad lately. I'm starting to slowly get back on track. I find it really hard when I'm sick, but I've been sick forever, so I have to try harder.

I used 3 pounds today because I'm sick and don't want to overexert myself too much.

Now I'm done day 1. Hope that's okay!

I'm not off to a good start. Didn't do the first day yet. I'll have to miss a rest day.

Right now my plan is to do what I can do when I can do it because lately every time I exercise for a couple of days I get really sick for several days after.
