I find that if I do about half an hour of yoga after it helps tremendously. People also suggest foam rollers to massage your sore muscles.

There were pop tarts a plenty back in my day. But that was the '80s when fruit roll ups were considered a healthy snack. I do not think it's up to the teacher unless they are a certified dietitian or work with one.

I usually weigh on Monday, but this week I forgot and weighed today... My mom used to weigh on Fridays so that she could "be bad" on the weekend, and then had the whole week to try to recover...
