Hi, take one day at a time. I started with this app and followed my cal count, then I joined a small gym and worked out every day for around 45 mins. I also purchased a Fitbit , I started this journey in January of this year and have dropped down two dress sizes and lost 22 lb and feel amazing. Feel free to add me . :)
