Great Job! Thanks for sharing, I just got back from vacation and was feeling low cuz I gained a 6 lbs back. Now I'm inspired to jump back on the wagon and go work out. :bigsmile:

Kim here, I started Paleo on January 30th, 155 days later & 37 lbs lighter and I've never felt better. Just reached my first major goal with 75 more to go. I'll be 55 in a month and looking forward to 50 more years. I have two grandsons ages 8 & 9 that I want to be able to spend more time & energy with. :bigsmile:

1200 seems low, I started on 1/30 at 235 lbs and around 1400 cals and have lost 37 lbs at nice enough pace to keep me motivated. :drinker:

My rewards focus on my new activities, kayaking and hiking. With your budget I would spend it going to a new trail to walk or river to paddle. :bigsmile:
