Hi, I'm new here. I also am on Week 2. I did Day 1 last night. I wonder if I'll ever stop dreading the running part? It's too hot to do outside right now so I am using the treadmill with a bit of an incline. Is that OK? I've never been a runner, but I would like to try to run a 5K!
