It did NOT sync my workout from yesterday though. it shows up in Garmin Connect, but it did not get auto added to MFP cardio. it did seem to know about the extra burn when it did my 5 week forecast. I really hope this is an isolated incident because I really want this to work!!!!

I turned my phone off and on, and it synced with the garmin app, AND with MFP. do you use your phone to sync? it didn't work until I turned my phone off and back on. I have been trying all day!

ME toooooooooo! I am driving myself crazy trying to fix it. I also got mine about 10 days ago, and had finally figured it all out and it stopped working yesterday!

Are you logging your food in the diary tool? It is MAJOR to know exactly how many calories you are consuming. Eating better is a start, but you can still be eating higher calorie options and not even realize it. Salad dressing is a big one! Weighing and measuring everything is important too!

I saw a post on here to mix a cup of Greek yogurt with a packet of no sugar added hot chocolate mix... OMG.... with the Chobani nonfat version you are at just under 25 grams of protein and no fat ... FOR DESSERT!!! ;-) it is sooooooo good!

I have a cheat meal once a week. I honestly gain about three pounds... every time... then like clockwork three days later it passes.... I think it is the high sodium ... water retention is my guess.... I usually lose the 3 pounds and a pound or two more within a day or two....

I can understand that you are feeling a little lost. What I find helpful, although a bit boring, is to have 2-3 choices for each meal and alternate between them over the first week or two.
