Here's the question.. Usually I workout and eat and stay in the range I'm supposed to, but still feel hungry at night. However, today, I did nothing. No workout, but ate as I normally do..and an NOT hungry!! At all!! Is this right? Why is this feeling like this? Because I didn't workout, my body didn't burn the calories…

As far as calorie burning..if you work out at night, do you burn more while you sleep compared to if you workout in the morning or afternoon??…

I also use these, and what I love is that the pace is already set. However, I also walk outside as well. I think if you can keep a steady pace outside, then the benefits are probably about the same. I'm a busy mom of 3, so I know what you mean by needing a quick workout. I use the "Walk Away The Pounds" videos by Leslie Sansone.
