post run flab??
So...I stopped running almost a year ago due to health issues and have noticed that my stomach is not as tone as it was when I ran. What workouts do you do to replace running that will keep you tone in your stomach/legs? The only thing is, is that it can't be super cardio. Any suggestions???

Alright. Here's the deal. I'm out of lunch ideas. At lunch time, I feed my 2 little boys...and honestly, I hate mac and cheese, pb&j, blah, blah, blah. Do any of you 'log' your daily household calories? For example..I know you burn calories when you fold laundry, vacuume, dishes, etc. Do any of you log it? And if so, how? Or is it even enough to log?

Here's the question.. Usually I workout and eat and stay in the range I'm supposed to, but still feel hungry at night. However, today, I did nothing. No workout, but ate as I normally do..and an NOT hungry!! At all!! Is this right? Why is this feeling like this? Because I didn't workout, my body didn't burn the calories…
