Here's the question..

Usually I workout and eat and stay in the range I'm supposed to, but still feel hungry at night. However, today, I did nothing. No workout, but ate as I normally do..and an NOT hungry!! At all!! Is this right? Why is this feeling like this? Because I didn't workout, my body didn't burn the calories and now I feel satisfied still?? Hmpf..

are you eating your exercise calories? if you're not, then i would definitely do that. also, how many calories are you eating on a normal day? maybe try bumping it up by a couple hundred on days that you exercise.
