post run flab??

So...I stopped running almost a year ago due to health issues and have noticed that my stomach is not as tone as it was when I ran. What workouts do you do to replace running that will keep you tone in your stomach/legs? The only thing is, is that it can't be super cardio. Any suggestions???

  • Have you ever tried Zumba? You can pretty much go at your own pace.

    Planks and Pike planks

    Pike planks with your toes on an exercise ball. Plank, then drop your head and raise your butt toward the ceiling and roll the ball toward your head, then roll back out. They're hard but you get better with practice and they are great for your abs and core.
