Maybe your body is telling you that you are not getting enough food...or Have your tried not eating within 3 hrs before you go to bed. You could also do a week of harder exercise (longer durations). Sometimes this will shock your body. Do you eat alot of the same kinds of foods? Try totally mixing it up, this sometimes works for me. keep trying, dont give up.

Sometimes increasing your calories will help. I did this about a month ago and shocked my system and lost 3lbs in a week. Im still at that calorie amount. I also don't eat my exercise calories. I talked to my doctor about this before not eating them however just to make sure it was right for me. She told me that until I'm ready to maintain weight I don't need to eat them.

Change up your exercises if you do the same thing everyday that is.

other than that can't think of too much. Just keep at it you can do it!!!

It's almost impossible for us to give you valid advice without knowing far more about your program. Can you give us some specifics?

your numbers (height, weight, activity level, bmi, body fat %, age), your daily calorie intake, your macro-nutrient levels, what your weekly goal is...etc.

At 11 pounds to go, these are all very important because changes will be small and you have to be very careful.
  • After losing 130 lbs I've had those times where my weight loss just stopped. It drove me crazy ! I was very into running and once I started mixing up my workouts and adding strength training and making sure I was eating 5-6 small meals daily, it started coming off again. Sometimes our bodies will hit that stall when we are doing the same workout, say running 4 miles a day, or the same dvd over and over ;)

I am currently doing Chalean Extreme from Beach Body ( I LOVE all their workouts ) but this one is really mixing it up and I'm seeing muscles and definition on my body i never knew I had !

So just keep going.. One day at a time.. one pound at a time :) You will make it ;)
