Sugar Free Fat Free pudidng mix (I love the banana pudding) made with skim milk, two scoops of protein powder, chill, top with fat free cool whip. YUMMY. Eat half for a complete meal of 300 cal, 20carb and 26 protein (depending on protein powder).

I'm 5'10" and large framed, my ideal weight is 175lbs, I've been down to 157lbs and it was not a healthy look for me and I was absolutely miserable trying to stay there. I think everyone's body has a weight it functions best at and not all of us were meant to be a size 6, I'll be happy in my 12's.

I've lost weight both ways, I lost a little faster doing only cardio but when I combined cardio/strength training my body looked much better.

Zumba is dancing but it works as a great exercise, very fast paced, I bought the Zumba for the Wii and it is HARD, at least for me it is since I don't know how to dance. When I first went back to nights I gained 30lbs because I was eating at the regular meal times during the day and then eating all night long too. It is definitely a challenge to lose weight on the night shift. I try to eat 5-6 small meals which keeps your metabolism up and you never have to wait too long before you eat…

My highest weight was 284lbs (pregnant), lowest weight 157lb (only last very short time), been strandling the 200 mark for awhile now, currently at 205lbs, would love to be at 185 again, thats where I felt my best.
