My guess is you're actually eating too much. You started off not much heavier than I did and I was set at 1200 cals sedentary for 1 and 1/2 pound loss a week. That calorie allowance just seems a little high to me.

Fruit is good!

BMI was 28 I have a lower BMI than 58% of females aged 30-44 in my country (US). I have a higher BMI than 78% of females aged 30-44 in the world. I am most like someone from Cyprus. Never heard of it....

I don't have anything to hide. I am secure enough to post my pic without worrying about what others may think. If someone wants to criticize someone else for trying to better themselves, then they are the ones with the problem.

Good job!

I don't run into this problem with my MFP friends. All comments have been encouraging really. The only thing I always feel a little conscious of is the fact that I always seem to have a lot more entries on my log than my friends do. They'll have seven items logged to my 20, for example. We're all within our calorie budget…

I eat at night all the time. I'll eat something right before going to bed if I'm hungry.
-
I wouldn't worry about it because you are in a situation where people expect to see that. As some others have said, wear black or dark colored pants or shorts and it won't be as noticeable. Keep up the good work!!!

Welcome to MFP! Good luck on your journey :)
-
Congrats - you look great!
-
I'm glad you asked this because I've always weighed mine cooked! Now I know I was wrong.
-
I know, but they do!
-
Wow! That's great! You don't even look like the same person. Amazing success - congrats!
-
Amazing! Good job!!!

Welcome to MFP! I have to agree that this app is better than some of the others I've tried in the past. Feel free to add me for motivation/support.
-
Wow! That is an incredible difference. Good for you!
-
Thanks for that link! Very useful information.

I've been on here since Jan 9th of this year and have lost 50 lbs. so far. People on here are very supportive! I'll add you.
-
You're not eating enough. With the exercise you do, you need to add some calories. 1200 isn't cutting it and you are probably in starvation mode.
-
I log food as I eat it. If I waited until the end of the day I would forget things and it wouldn't be accurate.
-
I was told you should check it once a week, but I check everyday.

I was in Rome a month ago and I just wore my regular clothes. No one gave us any problems, except one panhandler who said Americans are rich (yeah, right - LOL) so we shouldn't be stingy. Unless you speak Italian, they will know where you are from. Don't worry about it and enjoy because it is a beautiful country.

You look great and that dress looks really good on you. I haven't worn a dress in years myself. This makes me want to consider it!
-
Wow! You are a whole new person! Good job!

This is great in theory, but I know that for me it wouldn't work. I need the daily discipline and it has worked well for me. If I get into the mentality that I'll make up for it later in the week it'll never happen.
-
I would eat it and then get on the treadmill or something to burn the calories back off. It would probably take an hour or so, but that is how I decide if it's worth it or not.
-
This is true. When I was heavier I burned a lot more calories than I do now doing the same activity. Also, I do not always use MFP's estimate and almost always manually change the calories burned when logging. I don't always change the minutes, however, so sometimes mine will say 30 minutes and 400 calories burned for…

You're making great progress!
