Great insight. Thanks!

Careful about eating. I work out at 5 am, so I don't have an hour to digest. Be sure you eat, take a rest period, then get into it. This morning was better because I sipped water - cutting back. Once I was done, I drank and then showered. Worked much better. I also used bare feet - which still hurt a bit, but not as much.

See, I've tried barefoot and cross trainers. I use cross trainers for the most part, but the pads on my big toes kill. Mainly it's all the sets where you have to widen your stance or support yourself with your feet spread apart. Interested to hear what others have to say.

Hey everyone. Just dropped another 36 miles this weekend. Set a new destination and the ride is a lot of fun. I went three times (Fri, Sat, Sun), each for 12 miles. Also I started Insanity this morning - so my legs are about to get an overhaul. Can't wait to see what it does to my biking challenges. Keep those peddles…

Alright, I'm in for this month as well. Another 150 before my trip to the cottage - Labor day weekend. Should be a challenge because I am also trying to start Insanity this month - whenever the DVD's arrive. Here we go!

I'm about to start in on some toning on my body. I'm down 35 pounds and now it's time to get in a defined shape. Pretty excited because I've NEVER been there before - so I'm so excited to watch my body change even more. Good luck on your journey - enjoy the daily victory that you've already accomplished and push towards…

Glad to see my brain-child has grown into something much bigger then I ever imageined it. Keep those pedals moving!

This will likely be my last post for this month. I have reached my goal for the month! Thanks to all who joined with me. It's been fun. I'll be proposing a new goal for Aug, likely. Stay tuned!

Just finished our challenge this morning on my ride into work, and in perfect time because I am headed away for the weekend and am pretty much out of opportunities to bike. Way to go everyone! Keep those peddles moving!!

7.4 Miles completed last night. A little over one more Mile needed before I hit my goal! It's been a great motivation.
-
Just clocked another 11.2 miles this evening. Note to self: don't bike when the sun is setting - bugs galore!

You're welcome!

You're welcome!

A little more then 20 miles to go for me on this challenge - and good timing too because I'm about to be on a camping trip in a week. Thinking about trying to get this hammered out this weekend in one run. Thoughts?
-
You're welcome! Good luck with your goals!
-
Welcome aboard, friend. Look me up when encouragement is needed.

It must be different for everyone because I have almost reached my goal and I've been eating my exercise calories. The danger is to assume that if you don't eat calories, you'll lose faster. Although this might be true with tomorrows weigh in, the next time you eat (or over eat) your body is going to want to hang on to as…

Keep Peddling! You can totally get this by July 31st!
-
Keep it up! You've destroyed the challenge! Way to go!

Yea, don't worry about it too much. I've experienced something similar - but I believe that it's because people are not use to me being smaller then what I was - and trying to be healthier. Unhealthy eating and living was a way of life 12 months ago. Now a lot has changed. Give it some time and be true to your goals and…

Almost there! Keep peddling!
-
Wow, you killed it! Way to go!

100 miles down as of this morning. Ready for the next 50. Should be done way ahead of schedule. Keep those peddles moving everyone!
-
That's awesome! You've really stepped it up. Keep those peddles moving!

You've destroyed my challenge! Way to go. Good luck on your next goal!

No problem. Work it out over the remainder of the month. Plan, divide, conquer.
