You want to know something really weird? After I work out, I don't feel like eating. I can want to eat everything in site, and then I work out with Jillian Michael's or take a hard bike ride and once done, i am more interested in showering then I am about the fridge. I know, I'm a weird-o. :)

Typically 1200 plus whatever I burn during a work out. I'm not typically 'hungry'.....just grumppers

Motivation can also be a deadline. I recently started biking to work. My office doesn't have showers, so I have to get ready and cleaned up in the restroom. I agree. It's not about getting your weight down. This whole site is set up to lose weight, but when you reach a certain point, you begin to build and tone your body and muscle always weighs more then fat. Yes to drinking water. I drink 8 glasses while I sit at work to avoid the snack table that our receptionist keeps stocked with terribly high calorie food items. It works for the most part. Keeps you running to the bathroom instead of the snack table.
