  • For iPhone, go to the Polar Flow app settings and where it says "connect", select "Yes" for MyFitnessPal.
  • I don't drink often mostly because I would rather use extra calories on food. Also, if I have a couple of cocktails it usually leads me to eating poorly.
  • This drives me BONKERS!!!! If I'm deciding between two brands, and one says "gluten free" I'll buy the other one because I find it so IRRITATING! Gluten gets such a bad rap!
  • Polar Flow's calorie burn includes your BMR, that's why it looks so high.
  • I eat Tootsie Pops when I need something sweet - haha! They last a long time and you get a nice chocolate punch at the end. And they're only 60 calories. I individual packs of Wheat Thins and Pringles. I also really like the peanut butter filled pretzels from Trader Joe's. And popcorn.
