Mine is definitely Zumba. It's the only workout I can motivate myself to do on a regular basis. I actually look forward to going now!!! For weights, I like doing the chest press. It makes me feel strong.

That I could eat whatever and however much I wanted as long as I exercised. NOPE! It takes both (for me) - eating less and moving more. :-) Almost 30 pounds later... it's working!

That's kind of my feeling. Weighing in on Tuesday helps keep me on track throughout the weekend. But if more people want to weigh in later in the week, maybe we can make "Staying on Track on the Weekend" one of the challenges. :-)

I used Betty Crocker Devil's Food, 1 can of Diet Coke, and added 3 egg whites. the batter was stiff, like mousse, but the cupcakes were DELICIOUS! I used Fat Free Redi-whip instead of icing. Cupcake+Redi-Whip (2 tablesppons) = 110-ish calories. Not bad!

I AM DEFINITELY IN!!! I loved being a part of this because it helped to keep me on track. It's fun to celebrate other people's success and help motivate my peers. I actually liked weighing in on Tuesday, but it looks like I'm in the minority!

I do a version of this for many reasons: 1. I cook for myself only. It's easier to make four servings of something and eat the leftovers instead of just making one serving. 2. That has happened to me, too! I lost 5 pounds then gained 2 and lost 3. It was crazy. It's just your body adjusting to your new healthy habits. It was hard for me because I wasn't doing anything differently and my weight was fluctuating like crazy. Push through and you won't regret it!

My doctor recommended taking a multi vitamin, especially while trying to lose weight. I trust her opinion more than yours. Sorry!

One time I took a vitamin and I got so nauseous I actually DID PUKE! It was CRAZY! I switched to gummy vitamins and haven't had any problems since. I take two every morning. Two vitamins are 15 calories and I factor them into my breakfast.

I double up. I wear 2 sports bras for extra support (and I think it helps save their elasticity a little).

Maybe for some? I drink a small can of Diet Coke (or, as I call it, "Baby Diet Coke" :-)) every day for lunch and haven't had a problem, but it might effect others differently. Do you always weigh in at the same time? That can make a difference, too... Just keep at it! Your pounds will melt away!

I have been super aware of portion sizes since the challenge started, too. I have had major problems with overeating in the past and I've finally convinced myself I'm just as satisfied with one Hershey kiss as I am with 10. :-) I try to build in a little treat every day and have had success with that. I usually cook something yummy on the weekend and divide into Tupperware to grab and take to work. This week I made zucchini tots and baked mac and cheese - both from Skinnytaste.com.
