I do the same thing everytime I eat anything high in sodium. I feel it in my fingers and around my eyebrows within any hour or two. I think we are normal, just super sensitive after not having much sodium for so long.

Are you running on a treadmill or outside? I cannot stand running on the treadmill, but music on shuffle does help me. MFP already counts you in at a 500 calorie deficit. If it is telling you that you need 1200 cals to fuel your body for basic daily functions, its really means it takes you 1700 (1200 + the 500 deficit). I just re-discovered Carnation Instant breakfasts. I mix 1 packet with non fat milk and 1/2 banana with some ice. then Magic bullet baby! Oh, I mix in a packet or two of Starbucks Via too. Gotta get my caffeine fix. I drink this all the way in on my hour commute to work. Keeps me satiated until my mid morning snack.
