Hey Nikki
Its me and I have some things to say to you. First I would appreciate it if you would stop making excuses!!!!!! You have and can loose the weight AGAIN. I know your disapointed that in 2 months youve gone from 183 back to 202. You need to get over it whats done is done and yea its totaly your fault. You gave up on us got lazy and made too many excuses!!!. I love you and I know its hard to see that but you are fantastic. You are a single mom that is on her way to accomplishing her goals and being healthy shoud be one of them. Skye depends on you and you need to set the example. Its not realy about the number on a scale its about climbing stairs without out gasping for air or playing tag with all the kids in the circle without hurting yourself. I know your busy and have a hard time finding the time to work out so I suggest to get your butt outa bed in the morning. All it takes is 20-30 min is loosing that much sleep realy going to kill you?NO!!! With all the tools your sisters and you have invested in this should be fun. Dance you booty off with zumba and have fun dancing with the kinect you know laura is always up to playing with you! !! This is our life and its all in your control, you make all the choices so make them right. I love you and remember excuses are like bum wholes we all have them and everyone of them stinks!!

Major kudos for putting all of this down in writing to yourself and for everyone else too.
Remember that every day is a new day. You can take this journey one day at a time. Do not let yourself get overwhelmed by the journey in front of you. You can start new every single day. If you fall off track one day, its only one day, or one meal. Get right back up and continue forward. All is not lost if you mess up from time to time.
Celebrate every little accomplishment and don't sweat the set backs. Keep pushing forward. You are working way too hard to let all of your accomplishment slide back up that scale.
