im still trying to figure it out, im trying to work out if you can find out specifically how many calories were burned during IE zumba 7pm - 8pm, does anyone know? Also if I sat down all day would I still be burning (hence taking in my BMR)? I think this little gadget could work really well once worked out, but im a tad…

Congrats and keep it up - you look really good and healthy. I started at 168 and lost 17lbs so far just by counting calories which I have never had to do before and going from practically no excercise to a full on 5-6 times a week. :drinker:

big congrats you are looking amazing. One of my friends also has under active thyroid but has not yet been put on the right treatment plan as it is early stages and she is struggling to lose weight and keep motivated. Thanks for sharing :wink:

I sometimes have 2 slices of 400g wholmeal bread with slices of a medium banana on, or if you have time poached eggs on toast. My favourite has to be oz of fruit and fibre with banana slices (again) with semi skimmed milk. I do find breaksfast the most difficult meal.
