Newbie - what do I do????

Hey there. I have just joined this after my cousin's brill success and she recommended. However, not sure what I do. Do I have to work out what I have eaten each meal and add it? If I have 2 egg omlette for brekkie do I have to work out all calories and then add total etc? Any tips/help greatly appreciated. xxxx

Hey firstly good luck!
I have been on here a little while but still getting used to it.
I tend to use my app from my phone and this gives me the option of scanning the bar code and it all comes up for you you just need to input the amout you had IE 2 eggs.
Otherwise if you search for the food on the food database and it is not there create your own using the table on the product ie kacls, fats etc.
Anything else just ask ill try and help where I can.0
