hi everybody! just finished my workout for the day and burned 467 calories. After the gluttony of two Thanksgiving dinners (one with my family & one with my boyfriend's), I was so excited to exercise today because my body needed it! Hope everyone has a fun and active weekend!

Checking in! I had a rough week diet wise, went to Red Robin last night and had a wrap that I thought wouldnt be terribly high in calories ended up being over 1500 calories when I looked it up on the restaurant's website. I ended up gaining 2lbs this week :ohwell: This week will be better! Last week: 143.5 This week: 145.6

When I first went on the pill I gained about 5lbs even though my eating and exercise habits remained the same as before I started taking it.
