I have always been under the impression that a good breakfast increases the motabolism for the day, if thats not the case perhaps I wont worry about it as much. Today i had 2 rashers of weightwatchers bacon (35 cal each) in a muffin and some apple juice. Sometimes oats and orange juice. Just wondering about other breakfast…
