We all know breakfast is the most important meal of the day but im struggling to find a decent breakfast that is varied throughout the week. Im not actually sure how much i should be having either... What does everyone have for breakfast???

I'm new to dieting in general to be honest, I've always been into the protein shakes etc for rugby but never stopped myself from stuffing my face. Just wondering if anyone can relate and maybe we can help each other!!
