Do I need to replace the calories lost when ive exercised? Afterward I usually have a protein diet shake that does not have much of a calorific value but has other important recovery qualities.
Should I be aiming for the calorie quote ive been given even if i have a decent breakfast, lunch and dinner with snacking (and protein shakes) inbetween even if im given the calories back due to exercise.
